Marfa Light
111 generative 3D landscapes, and every one is a working clock for Marfa, Texas. The first generative art project deployed on ABX on Ethereum.
Marfa Light is a generative 3D world that keeps real Marfa time. Each token picks one of 29 kinds of clock, from sundials and split-flap boards to a noon cannon and a pumpjack, and sets it in one of 19 Marfa places under the real sun, moon and weather for that hour.
The whole engine lives onchain through Art Blocks' ABX protocol, the first generative project deployed with it on Ethereum mainnet. The calendar is in there too: fireworks on the Fourth, a menorah in December, the Marfa lights on Labor Day weekend.
